I am the owner of the above referenced property. Due to his default in our construction
contract, and an unacceptable quality of workmanship, I have fired general contractor Dan
Tremblay and Millstone Creations, and all of his subcontractors, from my home renovation
project.
This letter shall serve as my request to remove Tremblay, Millstone Creations, electrician Doug
Andrews and plumber Wayne Sabeli (in addition to any other subcontractors) associated with
the building permit for my property.
I have engaged Chris Leblanc to now serve as my general contractor and the subcontractors
Chris selects to bring into the project.
