• Repair existing stucco on east elevation with condition that mason provide work specifications prior to work
commencing to ensure that new stucco is historically appropriate and matches existing in terms of color,
material, and outward appearance. Paint to match existing color.
• NOTE: Any changes to existing chimney and chimney cap must replicate existing including repointing in
Type N mortar.
• NOTE: Exterior waterproofing of masonry is not allowed.
Non-applicable due to being in-kind work.
*NOTE: Historic materials and details must be retained and repaired except where material is not salvageable
and must be replaced. If replacement is necessary, new elements must replicate existing details, dimensions and
materials. Should any changes to materials, design or outward appearance be determined necessary, Applicant
must submit a new application for review.
Upon completion of the above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.

- Provide all labor and material for the restoration of cement stucco on the right side of house.
Remove any loose stucco and prep the areas for the application of a new stucco coat. Ensure
the areas are clean and free of any dust or debris so that new coat adheres properly. Install
new wire lath and apply new coat of cement stucco. Once it has cured prime and paint the areas.
Lift rental will be required in order to complete work.
- Price does not include the possibility of more work due to unforeseen conditions.
- Make adjustments to existing chimney cap.
- Install downspout provided by homeowner .

Payments to be made as follow: $100.00 deposit with signed estimate, 50% upon start of work

Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year on new construction only. In the event that Bautista
Masonry agrees to perform addi ti onal work incl udi ng any al teration or devi ation to above
speci fications , addi ti onal costs may apply. If c ollection costs are necess ary the buyer wil l be
liabl e for all expenses incurred incl uding attorney fees. A monthly servi ce charge of 1.5% wil l be
added for accounts over 30 days.
This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
