A-1 Exterminators will provide 2 initial treatment(s)and will also provide 1x per month follow-up treatment(s).
The Areas to Be Treated Al will treat the rat burrows in the landscape beds with a CO machine treatment.Initial treatment then a 2 week follow up treatment.
Include the Following: '$895.00 per treatment.
Special Instructions: Al will setup and service(2)Sentinel smart stations in the area.Initial setup$225.00.1x per month service to the stations$250.00 per
service,leased stations.Any additional service calls needed in between is$75.00 per station.
Product Requirements: Sentinel smart stations are required minimum 1 year of service.Cost for any damaged or missing stations.
In consideration of the service(s)provided by A-1 Exterminators,the customer agrees to pay A-1 Exterminators,its successors or assigns the following sums:

determined to be necessary for the control of the above mentioned pests.

The customer agrees that A-1 Exterminators is not responsible for any disruption or damage caused by insects,rodents or other pests or to the customer's
person,premises or its contents,and the customer specifically releases A-1 Exterminators from liability for any such claims.
