This is a property of SoFi Salem Station, part of the townhouses. During our residency we've had a list of issues I would like to share. Most recently, we've had substantial leaks both upstairs and downstairs to which they just repair and paint over, instead of fixing the root of the problem. We are moving out on 8/31, and im afraid for the tenants coming in after us moving in on 9/1. There is no possible way they'll be able to fix this issue with less than 24 hours. Over the two years and dozens of substantial issues we've had (including an entire winter with zero zero heat which I believe is illegal), they hage been through a minimum, of 6 management changes and will never let us speak to a regional manager to rectify the actual issues, it took us over a year to get the HVAC replaced and that is because we withheld rent and threatened to call the board of health. The woman in charge now has no desire to listen to resident issues and has been extremely rude, I am fearful for the next tenants and would like this townhouse to be inspected to ensure there is no unhealthy living for them. There was black mold growing upstairs and it was painted over. I have video and photos and email documentation of everything.
