Dear owner,
It has come to the building department's attention that a numbered and line-striped, commercial
style driveway was constructed on the property at 2 Rockdale Avenue. This is in violation of the
following ordinances:
- City Ordinance Sec. 38-15: Construction of driveways over sidewalks
-Zoning Ordinance See. 5.1.6: Off-Street parking setbacks
-Zoning Ordinance Sec. 3.1.4: Contractor yard in an R1 zone
You are directed to cease and desist the improper use of this property upon receipt of this notice.
The unpermitted driveway must be deconstructed within 15 days of receipt of this notice. Failure
to comply will result in municipal ticketing.
If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
