Dear Owners,
Our office received a complaint as a result an onsite inspection was conducted
with the Fire department on Monday November 26, 2018. During our inspection
we received information of the rental of rooms. The above mentioned property is in
an RI district,the rental of any rooms would be in violation of Salem Ordinance
Principle Uses Table 3.1.4. You are directed by this office to cease any future rental
of rooms.
If you feel you are aggrieved by the Salem Zoning Ordinance, your appeal is to the Salem
Zoning Board of Appeals.
