Dear Ms. Scaparotti,
You have asked about the three lots on Freeman Road mentioned above . Lots 20 and 22 and 24 are buildable
by right. Lot 24 is large enough in land area but slightly under in frontage to create two lots. It is likely that
relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals would likely have resulted in two lots instead of one. To summarize
,you have three buildable lots and likely a fourth with a little zoning relief. If you have any questions,please let
