Will hold a public hearing for all people interested in the petition of JIANKANG SPA BODY WORK, INC.
at 124 BOSTON STREET (Map 16, Lot 0157) (B2 and R2 Zoning District; Entry Corridor Overlay District)
for a Variance per Section 5.1.8 Required Parking and a Special Permit per Section 3.1.2 Special Permit to operate a
personal service establishment on the first floor of a nonconforming two-family multiuse structure. The
proposed Variance would allow five (5) parking spaces where eight (9) parking spaces are required.
The Board will hold the public hearing remotely on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 6:30 PM. The agenda
and meeting link will be posted to the City Calendar and online at Salemma.gov/877/Zoning-Board-Of-
Appeals by October 10, 2025. The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its public bodies through
special acts of the Massachusetts State Legislature.
