An application is being submitted to the Board of Appeals for the following reason(s):
To convert a prior nonconforming first floor office space in an R1 zoning district into a different nonconforming multifamily use consisting
of four residential units.
For this reason,I am requesting:
true Variance(s)from provisions of Section 4.1.1 of the Zoning Ordinance,specifically from Lot are per dwelling unit.Ordinance
requires 15,000 square feet per dwelling unit.The lot is approximately 16,212 square feet.Wlth the existing three units,there is currently
5,400 square feet per dwelling unit. The proposed additional four units(seven total),will result in approximately 2,316 square feet per
dwelling unit. .

Ordinance.
