The proposed Variances would allow a decrease from 2,483 square feet per dwelling unit to 1,655 square feet per dwelling unit with four (4) parking spaces where seven (7) parking spaces are required. The Board will hold the public hearing remotely on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 6:30 PM. The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its public bodies through special acts of the Massachusetts State Legislature.
