Hi,
The Side Set back is 4.8Feet to lot 41. It is outside the boundary due to space according to the
Surveyor. As far as dimensions, the roof deck will be just under the 6 feet by roughly 18 ft
structure that is existing. No further encroachment to the side lot line. I hope that answers these
questions. Please let me know if there is anything else you need clarification on.
