Dear Att. Richard,
You have asked if the change of an existing doctor's office,that was allowed by Special Permit
in 1967 and expanded in 1990, to Dental office would violate the Special Permit. It is my
opinion that a Dental Office falls under the general description of medical offices and would not
violate the Special Permit. If you have any questions,please contact me directly. If you wish to
appeal this interpretation, your right of Appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
