Based upon a tenant complaint, an inspection was conducted in accordance with Article II of the
State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000. Upon inspection, the following were noted:
7 days .500 1. Tenant had complaint of leaking resulting in a ceiling partially coming down. At the time of
inspection, it was noted that the kitchen ceiling had a board nailed over a large portion of it
over the stove. Owner to find source of leak and/or reason ceiling collapsed and repair so it
does not reoccur; kitchen ceiling must be repaired so it is intact and in good condition.
Owner to correct this violation within 7 days.
7 days .500 2. Bathroom ceiling has peeling paint on it. Scrape and repaint so ceiling is intact and in good
condition. Owner to correct this violation within 7 days.
7 days .235 3. Toilet appears to be running. Repair so toilet can be flushed properly without running. Owner
to correct this violation within 7 days.
One or more of the above violations may endanger or materially impair the health, safety and well-being of the occupant(s)
