On February 13, 2025 an inspection was conducted at 9A Colonial terrace for occupant Tamara
Savage. Occupant had concerns about windows and some issues in the bathroom. This inspection
was conducted by sanitarian Janice Duhaime of the Salem Board of Health and regional housing
trainer Stephen Casey of the Northeast Public Health Training Hub. No violations were cited at that
time; a discussion was had with the occupant about calling our office if issues reoccur.
At this time all violations from September 2023 and February 2024 are considered corrected and
closed out. Please call me with any further questions.
