Dear Property Owner,
It has come to my attention that the shrubs on the property at 27 Pickman Street have
been overgrown on the sidewalk and have not been cut back to allow safe travel for
pedestrians since a warning notice was sent on August 18, 2025. This obstructs the safe
passage of travel for pedestrians which is a violation of the City of Salem's Ordinances
section 38-9.
You are directed to trim the shrubs back to allow unobstructed access to the sidewalk
upon receipt of this letter. Failure to comply will result in continued municipal ticketing.
