Dear Property Owner,
It has come to my attention that the shrubs on the property at 23 Irving Street have
overgrown on the sidewalk. This obstructs the safe passage of travel for pedestrians
which is a violation of the City of Salem's Ordinances section 38-9.
You are directed to trim the shrubs back to allow unobstructed access to the sidewalk
within 7 days of receipt of this letter. Failure to comply will result in municipal ticketing.
