At that time the following items were still outstanding: Bedroom 1: - The bathroom sink in room 202 still has low hot water pressure. Common Bathroom - The third-floor bathroom across from room 309 still has a part of its floor at the base of the tub that sinks in when stepped on. Hallway-Common - The ceiling tiles above the hallway stairs that lead to the property's front door are still damaged and have brown discoloration from prior water leakage. Remaining violations are ordered to be corrected within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this report. Failure to bring the remaining violations into compliance within this time will result in the inspector filing a complaint against the property manager in housing court. Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re-inspection of this apartment.
