You did not respond to the last letter the Salem Board of Health mailed regarding
scheduling a re-inspection of your dwelling unit. Because of this and pest control
documentation from the property managers of 37 Ward Street, the Salem Board of
Health will close out the case pertaining to the order to correct and the house inspection
report both dated January 1, 2025. If you have any complaints about your dwelling unit
in the future, please contact the Salem Board of Health at 978-741-1800 to schedule an
inspection.
