Dear Sir/Madam:
In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum
Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, a recent re-inspection was conducted at your
property located at 10 Heritage Drive Unit 19, conducted by Jeffrey Barosy, Sanitarian of the
Salem Board of Health on October 21, 2025. At that time the following items were still
outstanding:
Bedroom 1:
- There are still mice droppings in the dwelling unit and in this room specifically.
- There is still a hole in the wall around the pipes for the baseboard heater to the left of
the far-left window that has not been sealed.
Bedroom 2:
- There are still mice droppings in the dwelling unit.
Living Room:
- There are still mice droppings in the dwelling unit and in this room specifically.
Please correct the outstanding violations and contact this office to schedule a final re-
inspection of this dwelling unit.
All other violations noted in the inspection report of June 30, 2025, have been corrected.
