BUILDING 10 -> INTERIOR -> Unit 11: Reports of mouse activity found in unit. Removed one mouse from under cabinet. Placed traprite box under cabinet. Placed
gluebaords in living room and in second bedroom by radiators.
BUILDING 10 -> INTERIOR -> Unit 19: Belongings were not removed from perimeters of walls. Unable to fully inspect all devices. Unable to determine if new entry holes are
present. Recommend tenant prepares for mouse inspection. No rodent captures found at this time.
BUILDING 14 -> INTERIOR -> Unit 19: Reports of fly activity found in unit. Photos provided were black eye fruit flies. Recommend using bio enzymes cleaner for drains.
BUILDING 15 -> INTERIOR -> 11: Inspected unit for cockroach activity. No cockroach activity found at this time. Placed insect monitors in kitchen.
BUILDING 15 -> INTERIOR -> 21: Unit is unprepared for cockroach spray treatment. Unable to treat unit for cockroaches. Will return during next regular service.
