It has come to the building department's attention that a box truck, commercial vehicle, is parked
behind the building at 5 Harbor Street which is obstructing the right of way. This is deemed a
hazard as emergency vehicles and response vehicles cannot pass through the right of way.
You are directed to move this vehicle from the right of way upon receipt of this notice. Failure to
comply will result in municipal ticketing. If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to
the Zoning Board of Appeals.
