After a mandatory building inspection on October 10, 2025, the following violations were
observed:
• Impeded egress in front, common entry with stored personal items
• Impeded egress to rear entrance of fast and second floor units by shrub overgrowth
and storage of items
• First floor unit impeded rear egress by personal items and household garbage
• First floor unit bedroom egress impeded by deadbolted door
• All first-floor bedroom emergency escapes impeded by personal items and
household garbage
• Second floor unit impeded rear egress by personal items and household garbage
• All second-floor bedroom emergency escapes impeded by personal items and
household garbage
You are directed to rectify these violations upon receipt of this notice. Failure to comply will
result in municipal ticketing. If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to the Board of
Building Regulations and Standards.
