It has come to the building department's attention that the property at 9 Bradley Road has what
appears to be a water outlet coming from the front of the property that discharges onto the street.
This is a violation of the City of Salem's Ordinances section 46-162. You are directed to contact
the building department within 5 days of receipt of this notice. Failure to comply will result in
municipal ticketing.
If you are aggrieved by this notice,your appeal is to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
