Mansion
The Ropes Mansion was built in 1727.1729 and was honse
to four generations of the Ropes family.The exterior of the
mansion appeared in the 1993 film Hocus Pocus as the exterior
of Allison’s house,The inside of the mansion does not appear in
the movie.Today,the home’s furnishings depict the lives of the
three Ropes Sisters who renovated the home in the 1890s.
HOUSE TOURS
Self-guided tours inside the house are available seasonally
from May through mid-October on Saturdays and SUndays.
