Hi Brennan,
Thank you for all your assistance with our ZBA application. I'm writing to note that the plot plan
included with our application is not certified as we were not able to obtain a certified plot plan from a
licensed surveyor in time for the submission deadline. My apologies! We didn't realize a plot plan was
so expensive and time intensive to obtain. The surveyors we contacted had months long waitlists. I am
confident we could obtain one within the next couple of weeks with some more research and
continued effort.
