I have a quick ques on regarding scheduling for the August Agenda. Since there are 2 con nued
pe ons, I planned on having three new pe ons rather than the four available. This would be to not
overschedule the Board and to increase accessibility to the public by not con nuing a pe on. The
specific three pe ons heard by the Board, in this case, would be determined by whether they are
complete. My supervisor suggested not pushing back the hearing date for any pe on to September
in case the Board has a quorum issue. Would the Board prefer four new pe ons (with the op on to
con nue one if the mee ng goes too late/if a pe on is incomplete), or three new pe ons
scheduled on the Agenda?
