I would like to let you know that the August 20 hearing is full and your pe on will be the first new
pe on (assuming no con nuances) heard by the Board at the September 17, 2025 ZBA hearing. Two
con nued pe ons and three new pe ons scheduled for August will likely push the hearing past 10:00
p.m. Please let me know if you have any ques ons.

I have received the two documents and they are accessible over the OpenGov Portal. My apologies for
not being immediately available to receive them, as the Department had a staff mee ng from 10:00 am
to 11:00 am. Your pe on is eligible for the August 20 hearing. I will let you know whether your pe on
will be heard in August or September by July 31 (depending on whether other ZBA Applicants complete
their Applica ons by July 30).

The City needs a stamped applica on form and a signed owner's consent le er to mark the applica on
as 'complete' and make the pe on eligible for the August 20, 2025 mee ng. Note that because
applica ons are scheduled on the agenda based upon when they are stamped by the City Clerk, your
pe on will likely be heard at the September 17 mee ng because the agenda for August 20 is full.
