This memo is to note that the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) application for 6 Botts Court, while submitted on OpenGov on July 10, 2025, was not scheduled for the August 20, 2025 ZBA
hearing. The date-stamp submittal deadline for this application was on July 23, 2025 (28 days prior to the August hearing). The application was date-stamped on July 24, 2025. Additionally,
the August hearing was full due to two continued petitions and three new petitions on the Board’s Agenda. The Chair of the Board, Nina Vyedin, requested that the Board only hear three
new petitions to have adequate time for each petition.
