The petitioners, North of Common, LLC, seek a special permit under Salem Zoning Ordinance 3.3.2 to change the existing
nonconforming multi-family use at 26 Winter Street,within an R-2 zone, to another nonconforming use that is not substantially more
detrimental to the neighborhood - a 9 guestroom Inn.
For this reason, I am requesting:

hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
