WAIVER OF THE DEMOLITION DELAY ORDINANCE
It is hereby certified that the Salem Historical Commission has waived the Demolition Delay Ordinance
for the proposed demolition as described below, as per the requirements set forth in the Historic District's
Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

Per the Demolition Delay Ordinance, the Commission made the following findings:
1) The Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to find the building not historically significant.
Per the Commission’s Guidelines, please submit the following information prior to demolition of the roof:
1) Three-quarter view photographs of all existing building elevations.
