Following our phone conversation, please make sure to remove the floor plans showing
the two kitchens (located at the bottom of the revised plans). The Board will be looking
for an updated dimensional table with this application. I believe you could keep the
revised design the same because it is more in-line with the surrounding neighborhood.
Please know that I can guarantee the Board will be able to review the application
materials if they are submitted before September 10 at Noon.
Please use the links below to access the materials for 22 Prescott Street (the application
requesting the dormers) and 22 Vista Avenue (the application requesting the garage). I
have also attached a template for a dimensional table you can submit to the Board.
