Redesign the roof to be more in-line with existing houses in the neighborhood. 2. Submit an updated dimensional table showing the existing setbacks for the entire structure and the proposed setbacks for the entire structure (proposed meaning after reconstruction of the house and the extension of the roof). 3. Remove the floor plans from the elevation plan to prevent items like the kitchen being approved by the Board. Additionally, please let me know Frankie's last name so I would be able to reference it in the decision for 16 Eden Street.
