In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum Standards of Fitness for
Human Habitation, a recent reinspection was conducted of your property located at 166 Federal Street, conducted
by David Greenbaum, Health Agent of the Salem Board of Health on November 4, 2020.
Critical violations that could endanger or impair the health or safety of the occupants have been corrected. The
building has been deemed safe and sanitary at this time by the Board of Health. Therefore, the order of
condemnation issued by the Board of Health is hereby lifted.
You must continue to work to declutter the property to ensure a safe living environment.
