This letter has been prepared in accordance with the public notification requirements of the
Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) regulations (310 CMP 40.1403(3)(f)) notifying you that a
Permanent Solution Statement with No Conditions (PSNC) has been submitted to the Massachusetts
Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) for a release of oil reported on August 21, 2025,
having the RTN 3-0052346. This submittal is available for public review at MassDEP's Northeast
Regional Office at 150 Presidential Way in Woburn, MA o18o1 and online via MassDEP's website at
www.mass.gov/dep.
Local officials as well as residents of a community in which a release is located may request additional
Public Involvement Activities under 310 CMR 40.1403(9). Such requests must be made in writing to the
person(s)conducting the response actions and copied concurrently to the MassDEP.
