Attached are field notes and some photos of the results of witnessing soil testing at 6 Wyman Place earlier this week.
There was extensive ledge and nq area of suitable soil was found which would allow the design of a septic system to
comply with Title 5. We were surprised that they had spent time and effort to clear the lot and even dig a foundation
hole without confirming this important basic item, but people have the right to do so it is just sad that they spent their
money that way.
In short,they are out of luck in terms of getting a septic system on this parcel.
