It has come to the building department's attention that property at 129 Essex Street Unit 12 has a
leak coming from an air handling unit which is leaking into the unit below. This is a violation of
780 CMR sec. 102.8 Maintenance of Existing Building and Structures. You are directed to fix
this issue upon receipt of this notice. Failure to comply will result in municipal ticketing.
If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to the Board of Building Regulations and
Standards.
