Dear owner,
During an inspection along side the City of Salem Fire Prevention Unit on September 5, 2025, it
was observed that the back deck entrance, which serves as the secondary means of egress to 15
Lynde Street Unit 6, has impeded means of egress obstructed by miscellaneous household items
which is a violation of CMR 780 Chapter 10. There were multiple verbal warnings after this
inspection to address this violation, but sufficient efforts have not been made. You are directed to
correct this violation upon receipt of this notice. Failure to comply will result in municipal
ticketing.
If you are aggrieved by this notice, your appeal is to the Board of Building Regulations and
Standards.
