building department has determined that for tenants to occupy this space the following items
must be corrected:
Leaking mixing valve in shower needs to be replaced
Popcorn ceiling peeling in kitchen needs to be fixed
These items are to be fixed upon receipt of this notice. If you are aggrieved by this notice, your
appeal is to the Board of Building Regulations and Standards.
