AFFIDAVIT OF PRIMARY RESIDENCE
1,the undersigned,LAURIE STATHOPOULOS,under oath,do herewith state and aver as follows:
I. I am a 65-year-old woman who has lived and operated a small business in Salem,
Massachusetts for the last 35 years.
2. My primary residence is 125 Essex Street, Salem, Massachusetts, 01970, where I have
resided continuously since December 14. 2007.
3. Title to the property located at 125 Essex Street is recorded with the Southern Essex District
Registry of Deeds in Book 27391, Page 137.
4. On May 30, 2025, 1 purchased a waterfront property located at 92 Bay View Avenue in
Salem, Massachusetts 01970. Said Deed is recorded with the Southern Essex District
Registry of Deeds in Book 42726, Page 513.
5. The property at 92 Bay View Avenue is an oceanfront home where 1 have spent time during
the summer months for leisure. I have spent additional time there overseeing renovations
undertaken shortly after the purchase. However,this property does not serve as my primary
residence.
6. As stated above, my primary residence remains 125 Essex Street, Salem,
Massachusetts, where I currently reside.
7. In light of my age and the fact that the waterfront property at 92 Bay View Avenue is better
suited to my needs as 1 get older, I anticipate spending more time there in the future.
Notwithstanding this, it remains my present intention to continue to maintain 125 Essex
Street as my primary residence.
