Dear Mr.Baia,
I am issuing a"Stop Work Order"on permit# B-16-460.Tuesday,June 71, our Plumbing Inspector went to
the property to do a rough Plumbing Inspection.When he arrived,all the walls were covered with drywall.Our
records show no Inspections from either Building or Plumbing and Gas.
If you recall,You pulled the permit after I refused to issue a"Homeowner Permit'to Mr.Rodrigues.If you
remember,I asked if you were really going to oversee the job, and you assured me that you would.This does
not appear to be the case.
