During an inspection on September 11, 2025, the following violations were observed:
-Missing smoke alarm in bedrooms of basement unit,first floor,and second floor units
-Missing smoke and carbon monoxide alarm in common area stairwell
-Fence posts in front of building to be removed or fence reinstalled at a maximum height of
4 feet
You are directed to resolve the fence issue and test, update, and add all smoke and carbon
monoxide alarms throughout all units and common areas of the building upon receipt of this
notice. Failure to comply will result in municipal ticketing. If you are aggrieved by this notice,
your appeal is to the Board of Building Regulations and Standards.
