Correnti, Esquire Correnti Kolick LLP 70 Washington Street, Suite 316 Salem, Massachusetts 01970 Re: 266, 282, 286 and 282R Canal Street and 2 Kimball Road Dear Attorney Correnti: You have asked my office to confirm that a zoning variance is not required for the Proposed curb cuts for the project located at 266, 282, 286 and 282R Canal Street and 2 Kimball Road, pursuant to Paragraph 15.c.xxiv. of the Planning Board Decision dated July 27, 2023. The approved Planning Board plans show one curb cut of 24 feet in width within the ECOD, which is allowed for the proposed use. The second curb cut along Kimball Road is outside of the ECOD. Therefore, it is my opinion that a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeal for the Proposed curb cuts will not be required. Sincerely, of Stavroula Orf os
