written notification of the submittal of Phase II-Comprehensive Site Assessment(CSA),Phase III-
Remedial Action Plan(RAP),Phase 1V-Remedy Implementation Plan(RIP),and Temporary Solution
Statement. This submittal is regarding response actions conducted to address soil petroleum impacts
identified at the above-referenced location. A copy of the above-referenced report will be available
for viewing after July 26,2024, at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection
Southeast Regional Office(MassDEP-NERD)in Woburn,Massachusetts and online through the
MassDEP website at https:Heeaonline.eea.state.ma.us/EEA/FileViewer/Rta.aspx?rtn=3-000036379.

Phase II summary of findings and statement of conclusions is attached to this notice.
Additional public involvement activities may be requested pursuant to 310 CMR 40.1403(9). For

Massachusetts Electric Company(MECO),the party conducting response actions relating to this
