SPECIFICATIONS APPEAR, THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE NOTIFIED OF SUCH
DISCREPANCIES IN WRITING BY THE CONTRACTOR OR BUILDING OFFICIAL,
AND ALLOWED TO ALTER THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SO AS TO
