An application is being submitted to the Board of Appeals for the following reason(s):
Seek variances to 1)construct a free-standing 1.5 story 3-car garage in front yard,which is otherwise prohibited by Section 3.2.4.1
(Accessory Buildings and Structures)),and 2)to allow a nonconforming front set back of six(6)feet,where Section 3.2.4 does not
specify,but fifteen(15)feet is otherwiae required in the R-1 zoning district. The application is otherwise in compliance with the
dimensional requirements for this accessory structure required under Section 3.2.4 and the the Ordinance.
For this reason, I am requesting:
true Variance(s)from provisions of Section Sections 3.2.4(1)and 4.1.1 of the Zoning Ordinance,specifically from Section 3.4.2(1)
prohibits building accessory structure in the front yard,and,where no front set-back is specified for accessory structure under that
section,Section 4.1.1 (Dimensional Table)requires a front-yard set-back of fofteen(15) feet is and we are seeking approval of a set-back
of six(6)feet. .

constructed as per the plans submitted, as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
