Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of MICHAEL KOSTOPULOS at 22 Vista
Avenue(Map 09,Lot 0059) (R1 Zoning District) for a Special Permit per Section 3.2.4(l)Accessory Buildings and
Structures and a Variance per Section 4.1.1 Dimensional Variances of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to construct a
free-standing 1.5 story garage.The proposed garage creates a front setback of six (6) feet where fifteen (15)
feet is required.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday,June 18,2025,at 6:30 PM via remote participation.The
agenda will be posted to the City Calendar and the Zoning Board of Appeals page by June 13,2025,on
«1«v.salemma.>ov/877 Zonin -Board-of-A>>eals.The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its
public bodies through June 30,2027 per Section 30A of Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021,as amended by
Section 40 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023,and further amended by Section 1 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of
2025.
