Hi Brennan:
Given the intervening holiday and vacations, my client, petitioner Michael Kostopoulos, has been
unable to obtain the final complete revised plans that he wants to present to the Board. We
therefore request that the continued hearing of this application be continued from the July 16 meeting
until the following meeting on August 20, 2025.
1 will appear by Zoom at the beginning of the July 16 meeting to make this request to the Board and
answer any questions. Thanks,
