Following the group inspection of your property these are the following violations I
found;
#1 Common bath—Ceiling needs repair
Room#2 No electrical outlets in bedroom or overhead lights
Room#3 Smoke detector in room 3 doesn't operate-Leak in ceiling needs repair
Oil leak in basement
Bury line from oil tank
Repair cellar window
Batteries dead in emergency lights in basement
Smoke detector and emergency lights must be fixed immediately and seven (7) days at
the latest. The other repairs may take up to thirty (30) days.
