Gentlemen:
I am enclosing herewith a copy of the deed from William J. Stamos to
Zafirios Bazakos, dated December 10, 1975 which was duly recorded with
Essex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 6203, Page 362.
This is a portion of the land assessed to William J. Stamos as shown
on the enclosed copy of lien certificate.
Request is hereby made pursuant to Chapter 59, Section 79 of the General
Laws as amended for a divided and separate tax bill for the fiscal year
commencing July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1979.
It is requested that the property purchased by Mr. Bazakos and described
in the enclosed deed be assessed separately from the remainder portion of
the land shown upon Assessor's Map, which remaining portion remains the
property of William J. Stamos or the present owner.
