• by Francis M. Bona, a widow, to herself and her brother,
Arthur C. Hawryluk. The purpose of this deed is to insure
the property going to her brother, Arthur C. Hawryluk, in
the event of Mrs. Bona' s death.
Mr. Hawryluk has no personal interest and does not 'share
in any income.
I would appreciate hearing from you as to your position `
in this matter as Mrs. Bona is concerned about her widow' s
tax abatement.
